About this property

Spacious and pleasant apartment with private garden 100m2

Spacious may be suitable for person with disabilities lightweight engine. Well equipped. you will feel comfortable.
We have equipped and furnished our apartment to our taste: simple, beautiful, warm and functional. We want to feel like in our house: a place where we live, where we have beautiful memories, a place where one feels good. Currently retired, we share this small happiness with our tenants. Went on vacation in Grau du Roi in 1994 for the first time we fell in love with this fishing village. In 2001, we had the opportunity to acquire this apartment. We immediately hand over its surface, its layout: alcove, corner day, his garden, his rarely open parking, greenery. We spend pleasant moments like winter.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
