The holiday apartment is located on the second floor. The apartment consists of:

- a bedroom with a TV, double bed, and pull-out couch. This can be used by a child.
- a separate built-in kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, oven, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- A travel cot with a comforter and pillow, as well as a high chair for babies and toddlers, is available upon request.

The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels and also offers free Wi-Fi guest access.

Ample free parking is available around the building. The holiday rental is located a 2-minute walk from the town centre. Every Friday, there is a farmers’ market on Rathausplatz. Supermarkets, a chemist, a pharmacy, bakeries, a butcher shop, the Volksbank and Sparkasse banks, the Evangelical and Catholic churches, and the central bus stop are also within walking distance.

Beautiful biking and hiking trails, as well as water treading areas and children’s playgrounds, are nearby. The Panorama Golf Course and three tennis courts are a 15-minute walk from the holiday rental. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, and toboggan runs in the Belchen area that are easily accessible by bus or car. With the Belchen Black Forest Region guest card, you can ride buses and trains throughout the entire Black Forest for free. For example, you can reach:
the Belchen, Feldberg, Titisee, or Schluchsee—and, of course, Freiburg, Lörrach, and Basel.
