Apartment No. 3 is located right behind the dune in a single-family home with a separate entrance. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a few metres away. You can’t get much closer to the sea than this. Thanks to its central location, you can easily walk to the bakery, countless restaurants, the “Bunte Stube,” and other shopping options.

About the Holiday Rental
The attic apartment stands out for its northwest-facing location. Here, you can enjoy the sunsets over the Baltic Sea either directly from the living area or from the spacious rooftop terrace. From the modern bathroom with shower and toilet, you can look out onto the rooftop terrace through a porthole. The sink is built into the entryway. Tastefully furnished, the cosy living area with a kitchenette welcomes you. From here, you can already see the water. A bedroom with a double bed and a closet is directly adjacent to the living area. Two steps down is the second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a closet, as well as a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. A small hallway leads you to the wonderful rooftop terrace. Here, you can really relax!

The garden is shared. You also have access to a parking space.
