It’s worth stopping at the lookout points, which offer a magnificent view of the peninsula’s unique birdlife. The path to the wild and romantic Weststrand beach leads right through the village itself. Passing the harbour with its fishing boats and the best fish sandwiches on the Darß, it’s also worth visiting the partly quaint restaurants and charming cafés. It is precisely this authenticity, relaxation, and tranquility that make Wieck one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea villages.

Holiday Home
This spacious semi-detached house is one of the thatched-roof homes typical of the Darß, for which the peninsula is so well-known and beloved. As soon as you walk through the large wooden gate and into the sunny courtyard with its old cobblestone pavement, you’ll feel the holiday spirit. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room. The sunny spot by the floor-to-ceiling windows is perfect for eating together, chatting, and enjoying a cosy get-together. Two of the three bedrooms are also located here. One has a large, comfortable double bed, while the other has a bunk bed. With a wardrobe and curtains, they offer not only comfort but also a cosy retreat. The lower level is rounded out by a guest bathroom and a bathroom with natural light and a large rain shower.

The stairs lead up to the upper level and the third bedroom. The living area is located in the sloped roof and is undoubtedly the highlight of the holiday home. The light-filled living room, decorated in bright colours, already offers a spectacular view of the Bodden. This view is even more impressive from the adjacent rooftop terrace. Whether you’re in a beach chair or sitting at the large table—this is simply the place to be! Because nothing makes you feel more like you’re on holiday than the sweeping view of the water glistening in the sun, framed by a picturesque landscape. We’re not exaggerating when we say that there aren’t many holiday homes in Wieck with such a special view.

The outdoor area includes a small seating area that’s perfect for your first cup of coffee of the day. In addition, the Witt Hus has two parking spaces located about 20 metres from the house.
