The "Sand & Seele" holiday rental is located in the centre of Langeoog, at the end of the shopping street. All the shops you need for daily necessities are within a 5-minute walk. Nevertheless, you’ll be staying here a bit away from the hustle and bustle, with a view of Barkhausenstraße and the spa park. The train station and the beach are only about a 10-minute walk away.

The holiday rental is located on the mezzanine level and can accommodate up to four people, including a maximum of 3 adults. Spanning 55 square metres, you’ll find everything you need for your holiday.

The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable 180×200 cm double bed, a large closet, and an open wall shelf for your personal belongings, ensures you’ll enjoy restful nights. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds measuring 90×200 cm and 90×180 cm. A chest of drawers in this room provides additional storage space for your belongings.

The open kitchen features a kitchenette that offers plenty of space to prepare a delicious meal. Here you’ll find a sink, a small oven, a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo capsule machine, a toaster, and a kettle. In addition to various kitchen utensils, the kitchen includes a good selection of dishes.

The dining table, located in the area leading to the open living area, seats four people. The large corner sofa and the cosy armchair invite you to relax in front of the big TV or enjoy a social (game) night.

On the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and—depending on the wind—the sound of the sea, as well as watch horse-drawn carriages pass by.

The large bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. You’ll also find coat hooks and wall shelves here for your personal items. The washer-dryer is located in a wall niche. A towel warmer provides cosy warmth.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Check-in and check-out are contactless via key safes.

A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
