Located in the heart of Kappeln on a quiet side street, our former single-family home—built in 1957 and completely redesigned (completed in 2025)—is nestled on a 766 m² lot.

Restaurants—ranging from fish stands to North German gourmet experiences—as well as cafés (some of which are still owner-operated), bakeries, and discount stores are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk.
Bike rides to the Baltic Sea beaches or, for example, to Arnis, Germany’s smallest town, can be enjoyed along routes that are partly idyllic and car-free.

Uns hat es sehrgut gefallen dort Urlaub zumachen,5 SterneSuper, Wohnung alles was Mann/ Frau sich wünschen kann ist vorhanden, sehr saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, Licht durchfluttete Wohnung.Die Schlei der Hafen, Gastronomie sowie der Ortskern alles gut Fußläufig zu erreichen.
