This brightly furnished 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With a living area of approximately 46 m², this accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people.

A tastefully furnished, bright living and sleeping area with a sofa, an armchair, and a TV awaits you. A comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) provides sleeping accommodation here. The separate (children’s) bedroom with a window is accessible through the kitchen. There you’ll find a bunk bed (each 80x200 cm) and a closet. In addition, the apartment features a well-equipped, enclosed kitchen with, for example, a 4-burner hob, a refrigerator, and a dining table. The interior bathroom features a bathtub. The covered, furnished balcony offers a stunning view of the sea. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
