You can’t get any closer to the sea—you’ll never forget the view from this apartment! This beautiful apartment, complete with Wi-Fi, is located on the 7th floor. It measures approximately 46 m² and is ideal for up to 4 people.

Here you’ll find a combined living and sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, an entryway, and a modern shower room. In the combined living and sleeping area, a box-spring bed (2x 80x200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep—and a modern TV with Ambilight promises great entertainment. The living and sleeping area can be darkened with curtains. The separate bedroom features blackout blinds and curtains, as well as a pull-out bunk bed (each 80x200 cm). Information about the surrounding area (including suggestions for day trips) is also available for you.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge.
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed to stay here for an additional fee.
