Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This cosy one-room apartment is located on the ground floor and, with its 33 m² of living space, is suitable for two people.

Despite its compact size, every detail has been thought of to ensure a relaxing holiday. The living area, featuring 2 armchairs, a TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system, as well as a large double bed (2x 90x200 cm), invites you to linger and relax. Free Wi-Fi is also available. In the bright, open kitchen, you can prepare your own meals using 4 hob burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster. End your day with a glass of wine on the furnished, west-facing balcony and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The shower room rounds out the amenities of this holiday home.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. Access to the underground garage is from Lange Wiese Street. You can access the house directly from the underground car park. There is also a shared laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Bitte aber zeitnah den Sat-Receiver austauschen, der vorhandene ist komplett veraltet (kein HD Empfang möglich, ard-programme nicht mehr vorhanden) und stürzt ab. Kaffeemaschine sollte auch getauscht werden. Man muss zweimal starten.
