This beautiful apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Berolina apartment complex, features two rooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. From your balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and an unforgettable sunset.

In this bright and cosy 2-room holiday apartment, spanning approximately 46 m², you’ll find a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, an entryway, and a bathroom with a shower. The separate bedroom, featuring a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), can accommodate two additional overnight guests.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
