Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

This cosy, bright, and comfortably furnished holiday apartment, measuring approximately 30 m² with a practical layout, is located just under 250 m from the beach.

The one-room apartment is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a cosy dining table for two people. The large sofa area and flat-screen TV are perfect for cosy evenings. The separate kitchen, featuring a window, oven, freezer, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing delicious meals. From here, you can access the naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet.

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that this accommodation does not include an outdoor parking space. Depending on availability, you may use the parking space at the house.

Es war alles gut .Leider war in unserer Wohnung nur ein 140cm breites Bett wenn man ein 180cm Bett gewohnt ist ist das leider viel zu klein .Wir sind nicht sehr groß, ich finde allerdings das mindestens 160cm sein sollten .Hinzu kam das die Matratze so dermaßen hart war das wir jeden morgen Rückenschmerzen hatten .

Und sehr liebe hauseigentümer sehr gepflegter garten und haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit baby wunder bar . Strand ist sehr nah und centrum auch. Sehr schöne abwicklung zwecks kurkarten und schlüsselübergabe.
