This charming two-story holiday apartment, with a living area of approximately 89 m², features 2 separate bedrooms, a combined living/bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, full bathroom, guest bathroom, and 2 sunny balconies with ocean views, there is ample space and comfort for up to 4 adults and 1 child.

On the lower level of the apartment, located on the 3rd floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a coat closet. From here, you can access the other rooms, and there is also a guest bathroom. The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living room, featuring a high-quality corner sofa with a sleeper function (for 1 person), a TV, an integrated dining area, and a modern high-gloss kitchenette that impresses with amenities such as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, freezer, and dishwasher. From the living room, you also have direct access to a covered and furnished balcony—a sheltered spot that’s perfect for relaxing on balmy summer evenings. The separate bedroom in the lower living area is equipped with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, and is pleasantly quiet, facing the rear of the house. A staircase in the hallway leads up to the upper level.

On the upper floor of your holiday home is another bedroom, comfortably furnished with a cosy double box-spring bed (180x200 cm). A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe, and a second TV ensures entertainment. As an absolute highlight, this bedroom features direct access to another balcony with a sea view. The spacious, inviting bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (clearance height approx. 180 cm). A bicycle storage room is available for guests to securely store their bicycles. There are also coin-operated washing machines for general use. Free Wi-Fi access is included. A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests.
