State-of-the-art 3-room ground-floor holiday apartment for up to 4 people, featuring 2 separate bedrooms, a terrace, and a living area of approximately 71 m².

This first-class holiday home welcomes you with a light-filled living area. Take a seat in the stylish sofa nook with a smart TV and Blu-ray player. A cosy TV armchair is also available here. When the sun is shining, you’ll surely be drawn right out to the furnished southwest-facing terrace. A cosy spot with privacy screening and a parasol.

Back in the living area, an open kitchen with a worktop awaits you. Equipped with an induction stove and dishwasher, it offers everything you need for passionate cooking. Over a glass of wine, you can whip up meals together here and then take a seat in the adjacent dining area. It feels just like a holiday. You’ll find wonderful relaxation in the two separate bedrooms: one bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm each) as well as an additional smart TV. In keeping with the apartment’s overall decor, the shower room—complete with a towel warmer and heated floors—leaves nothing to be desired.

Outdoor parking space No. 2 is reserved for your vehicle. A cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
