Step inside—the well-thought-out floor plan combined with lovingly selected furnishings will win you over immediately. Take a seat on the cosy sofa arrangement—the sloping ceiling makes this space especially cosy. It’s a wonderful place to relax during the day. And at night, the sleeper sofa converts into a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). You’re sure to have sweet dreams here. But before that happens, enjoy your day at the coast or on the sunny, furnished balcony. A parasol protects you from too much sun. Here, you can raise a glass to your wonderful holiday. Back in the living area, right next to the balcony door, there’s a stylish dining nook that partially separates the kitchen area. The bright kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, is well-stocked and has everything you need to whip up your favourite meals. A spacious, modern shower room promises a great start to your day.

A private outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A coin-operated washing machine, a drying room, and a bicycle storage room (in the basement) are, of course, available for your use. Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
