This high-quality 3-room holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and, with a living area of approximately 69 m² and two separate bedrooms, offers ample space for up to 4 people. This holiday home is barrier-free and designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, making it suitable for those with limited mobility.

As a special service, you can book two different packages of medical and nursing aids to be included with your stay at this holiday home. Our tip: Check to see if your health insurance covers the costs of the aids or contributes to them.

Aid Package 1 (15 €/day): You can select as many assistive devices as you like from this package.
It includes: Rollator, wheelchair with footrests, toilet seat riser, shower chair, grab bars for the toilet, commode chair, shower stool, suction-cup grab bars for the shower (1 pair), IV stand, handheld showerhead at the sink, bedside table, and a standing aid (bed lift for the height-adjustable bed in the master bedroom).

Assistive Device Package 2 (€25/day): A Linak Jumbo Home patient lift is provided. In addition, you may select any number of assistive devices from Package 1.

The spacious living/dining area, featuring a cosy sofa corner, flat-screen TV, integrated kitchen, and dining area, has an open layout and is bright and filled with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen includes amenities such as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for social cooking evenings. The living area offers direct access to your own balcony—a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast! On the second balcony, a cosy beach chair invites you to relax. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality box-spring double bed (2x 90x200 cm, without safety rails), which can be separated into two single beds. The sleeping surface of one of the two box-spring beds is height-adjustable up to 80 cm. This makes it suitable for people with mobility impairments or those requiring care. The second bedroom is equipped with two box-spring beds (each 80x200 cm). Pleated blinds and curtains provide pleasant light control. The stylish, spacious bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, heated floors, and a heated towel rack.

A private outdoor parking space is located directly behind the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room. Free Wi-Fi is available. The building has an lift and barrier-free access. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the building’s laundry room. A water softening system ensures naturally soft water throughout the building.
