A first-class holiday home: Located in the Im Sonnengarten residential complex, this stylish 2-room holiday apartment features a separate bedroom for up to 2 people, a living area of approximately 62 m², and a truly spacious south-west-facing balcony. Access to the ground floor is made easy by the lift.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a variety of amenities, such as a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. This is sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Want to dance through the living room? By all means! Simply connect a mobile device to the radio via Bluetooth or tune in to your favourite station. The spacious room with its adjoining balcony offers plenty of space, and Wi-Fi makes it all possible. The exceptionally large 9 m² southwest-facing balcony is already furnished for you, and a parasol provides a shady spot. The bright bathroom features a whirlpool tub, a floor-to-ceiling shower, a spacious double vanity, and its own sauna. A true highlight—and not just on cold winter days! The towel warmer ensures cosy, warm towels at all times, and a hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. This residence also includes a guest bathroom.

You’ll easily drift off to “the land of dreams” in the comfortable and spacious box-spring bed (1 mattress, approx. 180x200 cm). Pleated blinds provide pleasant light control in the bedroom. The holiday rental features a TV in both the living room and the bedroom, and the living room also includes a DVD player. A storage room provides additional storage space.

Your car will stay dry even on rainy days. Underground parking space No. 22, located to the right of the entrance, is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 2 m; steep ramp; not suitable for VW buses or similar vehicles). If you prefer to get around by bike or e-bike, you can also store them safely and dry in the bike storage room.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

Culinary delights are also on the menu, with numerous restaurants serving regional dishes, cosy cafés, and bakeries scattered throughout the town and along the promenade.
