Look forward to your holiday in this beautiful 3-room holiday rental with a balcony. With approximately 72 m² of space in a central location in Kellenhusen, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults.

You can easily reach your holiday home on the 1st floor by lift. From the hallway, turn right into the living/dining area, which features a spacious sofa set and a dining table with 4 chairs—perfect for cosy TV and game nights. From here, you can also step out onto the covered balcony and really make yourself comfortable on the seating area. The kitchen, integrated into the living area, leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the amenities you need. The first of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and the children’s room features two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and an additional TV. Right next door is the bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, and a washing machine. The entire interior of the apartment is barrier-free and is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable basement bike room.
