Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Just a few metres from Laboe’s Baltic Sea beach: a beautiful, approximately 45 m² two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor of the well-maintained Bellevue apartment complex, accommodating up to 4 people.

From the spacious hallway, you enter the tastefully furnished combined living and dining area. The bright and inviting living room with its open-concept kitchen sets the stage for a wonderful holiday. The sofa area invites you to relax after long walks on the beach and can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (approx. 140 cm wide) in just one simple step if needed. The kitchen area features a separate dining nook, perfect for shared meals and game nights. The bedroom isn’t very large. The high-quality double bed (180x200 cm) stretches from wall to wall and offers everything you need for a restful night’s sleep. The shower room is bright, welcoming, and fresh-looking. The beach, indoor pool, harbour, naval memorial, submarine, and town centre are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

During your stay, free hotspot internet access from Telekom is available to you.

A parking space in the underground garage (lifted parking space, dimensions: 500x200 cm, max. height 150 cm) is reserved for you. Larger cars and vans must find a public parking spot outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

The Förde Hiking Trail begins right outside the front door, winds along the picturesque coast, and offers breathtaking views of the Kiel Fjord at every turn. Laboe is an ideal place to combine nature and relaxation.
