Current Notice: From late May through mid-October 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.

This inviting 2-room holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor on the lake side of the Flying Dutchman building at Marina Wendtorf and is accessible without steps.

The apartment features a clean, modern design and is ideal for a family holiday: In the living/sleeping area, you’ll find a cosy sofa corner and a comfortable fold-out bed (sleeping surface 160x200 cm), while two additional guests can make themselves comfortable in the bunk beds (each 90x200 cm) in the separate bedroom. The focal point is the cosy dining area with a large table in front of the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The modern bathroom with a shower features an extra-large shower stall (70x120 cm) and plenty of storage space. The built-in closet in the hallway offers ample space for your personal belongings. The charming decorative figurines, a safe for valuables, and various books and games round out the thoughtfully curated decor. Technologically, too, almost every need is met: the radio, alarm clock, and other devices are controlled via Alexa and Echo, and the two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom come with the TV apps— Waipu.tv,, Netflix, and Amazon Prime—which are already set up and ready for you to use. You can wind down after an eventful day in the glass-enclosed loggia.

There’s a public parking space in front of the house. There is storage space at the house for bicycles you bring with you or rent.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee. Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.

A bakery with a café and bike rental is only about 100 m from your apartment; the nearest supermarket (Edeka), which features a café, a skate park, and a children’s adventure area, is about 1,200 m away. On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. A golf course, fitness club, and Kiddy Fun Centre are just a few minutes’ drive away. The sea is just a stone’s throw from the apartment, as is the marina, which is located directly in front of the Marina Wendtorf complex.
