Keys are picked up from a secure box at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current Notice: From late May through mid-October 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.

The “Leuchtturmblick” one-bedroom holiday apartment, with approximately 33 m² of living space on the 5th floor, is suitable for 2 people.

The apartment is modernly equipped; the open-concept kitchen-living room offers everything your heart desires—an induction stove, toaster, coffee and espresso machines, dishwasher, and a microwave with oven function. At night, the couch simply folds out into a cosy bed. Wonderful—the view looks directly out onto the marina. You can wind down the evening in comfort on the enclosed balcony.

From here, you can go on wonderful bike rides or hikes along the coast or through the enchanting salt marshes with sheep, cows, and horses. At the marina, you can charter a motorboat if you have a valid recreational boat licence. For naturists, there’s an approved beach section not far away. Young and old alike can let off steam in the new indoor play paradise. Adventurers will be drawn to the black-light indoor adventure golf course. Those who’d rather get a taste of city life can be in the state capital, Kiel, in no time. Places like Stein are within easy walking distance, and Laboe is just a short bike ride away. In the summer, you can grab a light snack right at the marina, and fresh fish is available straight from the fishing boat. Let the fresh sea breeze blow through your hair and enjoy a holiday on the Baltic Sea with a wonderful view.

For those who’d like to take in a panoramic view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea, the shared rooftop terrace on the 13th floor is just the thing.

You’ll find a public parking space in front of the building. It’s just a short walk from the car park to the building. There is a place to park your own bicycles in front of the building.
