Holiday Rental No. 16 with a balcony in the Strandhotel Laboe apartment building

Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

The spacious, bright holiday apartment “Strandhotel 16” is located on the ground floor and offers up to 2 guests a stunning panoramic view of the Kiel Fjord.

The living room features a modern kitchen and a large dining table. The inviting sleeper sofa and an armchair complete the cosy space. Large closets provide plenty of space for your clothes. The renovated shower room is bright, welcoming, and spacious. Enjoy the stunning view and the ships passing by, or browse through the maritime books. The apartment is just a few steps from the city centre and the harbour. Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

A parking space in the underground garage is available for your car; please note the maximum clearance height of 2.0 m. Larger cars and vans must find a spot outside. Alternatively, we offer the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability. The underground garage has direct access to the lift and the stairwell.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted.

Im Schlafzimmer müssten mal dringend die Matratzen gewechselt werden - besonders die linke ( hat auch schon mal jemand geschrieben). Dafür kann man auf dem Sofa super schlafen. Super der Balkon , wo wir jeden Morgen frühstücken konnten . Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht .

Auch bei diesem Urlaub habe ich mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, bei schlechtem und gutem Wetter, habe ich immer wieder die schöne Ausicht genossen. Wenn ich nach Verbesserungsvorschlägen gefragt werde, könnte man die linke Matratze kontrollieren, weil etwas durchhängt, ich schlief auf der rechten Matratze und habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Eine Bitte habe ich: ob der jetzige Stranndkorb Nr 011, wieder mit dem langjährig vertrauten Platz von Nr. 11 getauscht werden könnte.
