This bright 2-room holiday apartment is located just 250 metres from the Schönberger Baltic Sea beach on the 1st floor of a small holiday home with six units. Spend the best time of the year with up to 3 people in this lovingly furnished 50 m² maisonette apartment, featuring a sunny balcony with a view of the salt marshes, where you can wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.

The living area, featuring a cosy sleeper sofa, an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony overlooking the salt marshes, invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The bedroom is located in the attic and is furnished with a large closet, two nightstands, and a double bed (180x200 cm). There is also a second toilet here. Free Wi-Fi is included.

A designated parking space right next to the house and a private, lockable bike shed round out the amenities.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, modern ausgestattet. Leider war der Parkplatz nicht ausgeschildert und man fand ihn auch nicht, deswegen musste wir uns auf die Wiese neben dem Haus hinstellen. Alle anderen Parkplätze waren auch besetzt. Der Wasserdruck im unteren Bad ist sehr gering, deshalb haben wir meistens das obere Bad genutzt. Jedoch eine super Unterkunft. Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig gelegen. Der Blick, von Balkon und Wohnzimmer, auf die Salzwedel Richtung (Südwest) Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön und vom Dachfenster über dem Bett kann man sogar das Meer sehen! Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und es gibt viel Platz in Schränken und Regalen.
