"Lotti" is our small holiday rental for 2 people in Althof, a rural area of Doberan, located 10 km from the Baltic Sea beach. "Lotti" is a holiday rental surrounded by nature.

Our "Lotti" holiday rental is located in a separate outbuilding on our property in the Althof district of Bad Doberan. We converted the space into a guest apartment in 2019 and furnished it in 2020. "Lotti" is 20 m² in size and accommodates 2 people. The holiday apartment also features an 11 m² sunroom, from which you can look out onto the back part of our garden with flower beds and old fruit trees.
“Lotti” consists of a living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The double bed measures 1.60 x 1.90 m and has two mattresses; the slatted frames are adjustable. Two comfortable armchairs invite you to watch TV. The room can be darkened for sleeping using blackout blinds and opaque curtains. Insect screens are installed on the windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a mini-oven, a sink, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, coffee maker (not a pod or capsule machine), electric kettle, and egg cooker are provided. Cutlery, dishes, etc., are of course also provided.
A dining area for 2 people is integrated next to the kitchenette.
The holiday rental is heated by electricity. The bathroom features a heated towel rack.
The sunroom is bright and inviting, furnished with wicker furniture. It also serves as a breakfast nook. Even when it rains, you can sit surrounded by greenery. A fireplace with thick log-style candles adds to the cosy atmosphere.
Outside, next to the sunroom and surrounded by flower beds, there is a seating area for two people. You can also find shaded spots under the old fruit trees in the back of the garden.
A parking space is available for you in our double carport.
Althof has hourly train service to Rostock, as well as to Bad Doberan and on to Wismar. It’s only 10 km from Althof to the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm—just under 10 minutes by car. From the Bad Doberan train station, the Molli narrow-gauge railway also runs via Heiligendamm to Kühlungsborn. In addition, there is a bike path from Bad Doberan to Heiligendamm that runs along a beautiful avenue of linden trees.
