NEW renovated vacation home in Sweden with sauna, boat and canoe

Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home surrounded by nature.

The house is located outside the village, in a secluded spot surrounded by Swedish nature.

Lake Bjöksjön (Birkensee) is just a 5-minute walk away.
A rowboat for 4 people is available there.
You can mainly catch pike and perch in the lake, but this is also a great place for anyone who just wants to go for a dip, swim, or enjoy nature and the peace and quiet.

The nearest town with shopping options is Hällefors.
(Approx. 20 km from the vacation home.)
Hällefors is located in the northern part of Örebro County and is surrounded by countless lakes and endless forests.

There is a mountain bike trail in the area with varying levels of difficulty that winds through unspoiled nature.

We offer free use of the rowboat, as well as 5 bicycles. A children’s bicycle and personal flotation devices are also available.

Use of the sauna is included in the rental price. The sauna stove is wood-fired. We provide a certain amount of firewood free of charge. If you need more, you can purchase additional firewood directly on-site.

German television and free Wi-Fi are also available.

The house has undergone extensive renovations in recent months!

The house can accommodate up to 5 people.
It features two bedrooms, a cozy, spacious living room with a fireplace, and an adjoining modern kitchen. A renovated bathroom includes underfloor heating, a large shower (90 cm x 160 cm), a washing machine, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large stove with an oven, a refrigerator, and a food processor.
It also includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.

There is also a freezer in the shed.

Outside, there is a grill, seating, an authentic Finnish swing chair, and two lounge chairs.

We also rent out the vacation home during the winter months.
Check-in and check-out are always on Saturday!

Additional costs:

Price per box of firewood: 10€
This must be paid in cash (euros or kroner) upon departure, based on consumption.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon departure, based on usage.
(€0.40 per kWh)
Towels and bed linens can be booked as an add-on upon request.
Bed linens: 15.00 € per person
Towels: 10.00 € per person

A German-speaking contact person is available on site.

Cats are not allowed here.
