Central, close to the beach and quiet - modern maisonette vacation apartment for 4 people

Welcome to our centrally located yet quiet, smoke-free duplex apartment, situated above the shopping arcade on Strandstraße. Just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and the main beach. The apartment has its own entrance and is ideally equipped for 1 to 4 people (+1 baby).

Enjoy the comfort of a west-facing terrace and an east-facing balcony, both of which offer morning and evening sun. The living room on the lower level features a flat-screen TV and invites you to relax with a large dining table, a cosy sofa, and two reading chairs. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

The bathroom, which has a window, features a large, walk-in shower, as well as a sink and toilet. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use. Two additional East Frisian sleeping berths in the form of a bunk bed are located separate from the living area.

In the bedroom under the pitched roof, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk, spacious closets, a safe, and a flat-screen TV.

A small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board is available for your use. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the communal laundry room. Bed linens, beach towels and bags, dressing gowns, and hand towels are included. We provide a cot and high chair free of charge.

Shorter stays and discounts are available during open dates or for last-minute requests.
