Wir waren schon des Öfteren in der Ostseeresidenz und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wird sofort geholfen, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auch wieder (2 Urlaube sind auch schon gebucht).
