The location speaks for itself: In addition to a picturesque sandy beach, restaurants and shopping are nearby (150 m and 80 m, respectively). Public transport is only about 100 metres away and offers convenient access to the surrounding area.

Barrier-free access—thanks to a ramp in front of the building and an lift that stops right outside the apartment door—makes it easy to enter the main part of the apartment, for example, with a stroller or for people with limited mobility. Both showers are at ground level. Only the upper bedroom requires climbing a flight of stairs, and a small step must be taken to reach the balcony.
