Welcome to the charming Apartment 31 at Villa Frisia in Bansin on Usedom!

Our top-floor holiday apartment, measuring 45 square metres, offers plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. Please note that our building does not have an lift, but the breathtaking view you can enjoy through the large windows and the skylight with its outdoor access will more than make up for the 111 steps leading up to the apartment. From here, you can admire both the majestic Baltic Sea and the picturesque Schloonsee.

The apartment features a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, offering you privacy and comfort during your stay.

For your convenience, a parking space is available right next to the building, so you can park your car safely and easily. In addition, there is a bicycle storage room right on the property where you can safely store your bicycles.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building. Please note that there is a fee to use these machines, and they operate with a coin-operated machine.
