The large south-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair and other patio furniture, offers a side view of Balmer Lake and invites you to unwind and relax.

Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to promote your well-being.

There is also a laundry room on the ground floor.

A parking space on the property is available to ensure your mobility. The holiday rental accommodates up to 2 people and features one bedroom.
