We have furnished our 5-DTV-star-certified holiday home in a modern style with many exclusive pieces of furniture by Scandinavian and German designers. The 500 m² garden property was designed and landscaped by a landscape architect and equipped with an irrigation system. Outside on the east side, you’ll find a large stone terrace with high-quality teak furniture and a Weber electric grill station. On the south terrace, there’s a beach chair and a deck chair for sunbathing.

For the interior colour scheme, we’ve chosen many shades of green and turquoise, which immediately evoke a seaside holiday vibe. The ground floor is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.
This stylish thatched-roof house is equipped with state-of-the-art home technology. A water softening system for drinking water hygiene, a heating and cooling system, and a controlled residential ventilation system for a comfortable indoor climate enhance your well-being during your stay.

The ground floor features an open and spacious dining-living area with a kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The design-oriented kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combo, oven, dishwasher, and a BORA induction glass-ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood. Exclusive kitchen amenities, including state-of-the-art appliances, are at your disposal here. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with Möller Design beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as a spacious wellness bathroom with a separate toilet, sauna, and walk-in shower. The adjacent relaxation area, featuring a reading nook and a stunning view, invites you to linger and unwind.
