A security deposit of €100.00 is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Rental rates are based on 4 guests.

Towels and bed linens can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

Electricity, water, and heat are included.

The visitor’s tax must be paid in advance.

One dog weighing up to 10 kg may be accommodated for an additional fee.

A parking space and a lockable bike shed with an electric charging station are available free of charge.
