In lush greenery fully furnished cottage in the countryside, 5 minutes from downtown, quiet, in a private property of 4000m2, enclosed grounds with parking and electric gate.
This accommodation for 2 to 4 people includes: A living room with American kitchen, table, chairs, fridge and freezer, washing machine, flat screen TV, microwave, mini oven, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes etc. ... as well as 2 child beds.
A master bedroom with comfortable 190 x 140 bedding.
A dressing room with ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, storage shelves.
A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and plenty of storage.
Outside a private terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol and barbecue)
Leisure side: A swimming pool treated with salt of 10.00m x 4.50m (small bath 0.70m large bath 2.00m) beach, sunbathing and parasols.
