The newly built apartments are furnished in typical Sardinian style and spread over four levels (ground, first, second, and third floors). The property is located approximately 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei and a short walk from the center of Orosei (approximately 800 meters).

Your vacation rental offers:
-The apartments can be located on the ground floor, first floor, second, and third floors.
-All apartments have digital TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a kitchenette, a 4-burner gas refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an oven.
-Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet.

-Please note that separate waste collection is carried out in this complex.
-FINAL CLEANING: Included. The kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest or an additional charge of €60.00 will be applied.
-SUPERVISORY TAX: To be paid in cash on site, in force at the Municipality of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.


-Security deposit: €150.00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. For departures outside reception opening hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer. The fee is borne by the guest (approximately €5.00).
-PETS: Small pets (max. 10 kg) are allowed in the apartments only (no common areas). An additional €30.00 cleaning fee applies.
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Dogs are in the community. used areas not allowed. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights.
