This hotel suited out family of two adults and two children perfectly. Easy, friendly check in and check out. A quiet location but within walking distance to all the sights and very handy for public transport too. 5 minute walk to both the U Bahn and the train station. The room was spacious and the set up of pull out beds in the lounge area suited us well. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds and the heating was just right. A nice touch is the free coffee/hot drinks machine in the lobby area. We didn't have breakfast as it was expensive for what our children would have eaten and to be honest it didn't look worth it when we walked past but there are lots of nice places to eat nearby including some good bakeries. We came to visit Miniatur Wunderland which was a 15 minute walk away and it was amazing. Thank you for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

This hotel was just what we look for when travelling - easy to locate, welcoming, exactly as we booked and very clean.
We booked a family room and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the day sightseeing, which the hotel is really well placed for, using the trains and also for walking around the city. In the evening we came back after eating in the restaurants / we brought simple food back to eat in the room, and then we relaxed in our room which was comfortable and air conditioned.
The coffee and tea making facility is great and we used it a lot, and the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic apartment hotel, great location right by an S-Bahn station, literally a couple of stops to the airport, and a short ride into the heart of the city.
Apartment was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchenette with a hob (stove top) and microwave. Very sizeable apartment, clean and quiet, barely bumped into any other guests outside of the communal social area on the first floor - will definitely be staying here again the next time that I find myself back in Hamburg!
