The house accommodates up to 5 guests and features a private 200 m² garden—perfect for unwinding outdoors, enjoying sunny days, or letting children play safely. Dine on the furnished terrace, read in the shade, or simply enjoy the tranquil surroundings.



Inside, you'll find a bright, cozy living area with a sofa bed for two in the lounge, plus a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). The open mezzanine offers two more beds: one double and one single. On the ground floor, there's also a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is simple and functional for a pleasant stay.



Ideal for travelers seeking peace, nature, and authenticity. Located in a quiet area, the house offers easy access to the many sights of the Lot and Dordogne, including historic villages, markets, river activities, and hiking trails.

Pets are welcome, and the garden is partially enclosed; it may not suit pets needing a fully fenced space. Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own.
