Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a luxurious beachfront haven designed for unforgettable family vacations. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront property sleeps up to 10 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Each room is uniquely themed, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone.

Step into the spacious living room, where a queen sleeper sofa provides a cozy spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Enjoy your morning coffee with the ocean breeze through panoramic doors leading to a private deck with a BBQ grill.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The Cove and Pineapple under the Sea each feature a full bunk bed, while the Sand Dollar and Starlight offer king-sized beds for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy.

One of the highlights of this property is the private spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fire pit on the deck offers a cozy spot to gather around while the kids play in the sand just steps away from the front door.

The location was great. Unfortunately the place was a run down and attention to detail was poor, especially for the amount of money we paid. The wifi was spotty at best and there was no cell service so we could hardly communicate with the property management which was unfortunate because there was a big leak in one of the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few hiccups trying to get in, but were easily and quickly fixed. Some minor issues but nothing we couldn't do handle for our short stay.

Great beach stay

I wanted something right on the beach and this was perfect. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable. I would love to go back. I would probably prefer the privacy of an upper unit and will look into it for next time. Great trip!

Great place!

Listing is just as they advertise. Clean, neat, comfortable. They have a well organized management system, honestly never had to talk to them once and the app and digital entry worked perfectly which might be the best compliment to management I can give (I do the same thing for a living, they do it better).

The view of the ocean was amazing—we sat on the patio watching dolphins and enjoying the scenery for quite a while. It’s about a half-mile walk to enter the beach, where you’ll also find the boardwalk, food stands, a henna tattoo stand, bike rentals, and more. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A nice getaway

The property was well furnished. Kitchen with well equipped. Surprisingly there was only one television in the living room. No mention of the 20 steps to get to the unit. Two of the bedrooms had oversized bunk beds. There was a major issue with fly’s not just a few but many. We didn’t use the grill or spa but tried to use fire pit and that did not work. I would go back again.

Huge place, quiet bedrooms, clean, great response from rental company, outstanding communication on their part. Loved the panoramic doors-they also provided a very quiet space when closed. Patio is visible to passing people, guests next door and above, so not private. Hot tub worked well, plenty of seating. Good water pressure/hot water. Highly recommend.

Dream Getaway

This location is breathtaking! The sounds of the wave crashing on the rocks immediately removes the stresses of the world. We came out to celebrate our Father's 60 Bday and had an amazing time. The house was well stocked! Everything (fire pit, barbecue, hot tub) was clean and in working order. So convenient to have a washer and dryer as well. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the bunk beds. The Beds for the king and queen bedrooms were heavenly but the bunk bed mattress felt like they where crib mattresses. The entire family wants to book again but we are planning on bringing inflatable mattress or some kind of topper for bunk beds. Overall, it was a great stay!

Beautiful, but not private

The home is exactly as pictured, it felt clean and had plenty of space and a great view of the ocean. However, this was all diminished by the lack of privacy. Specifically, the lower-level unit has to share a gate with the upper unit and the unit to the left. This may not sound like a big deal, but that gate just so happens to be on the "private" patio where the spa and fire pit are. While sitting around the fire and enjoying the view, several random people just appeared on our patio and it was startling at first. This continued all night with people coming and going from our gate. This shared gate was very annoying and did not seem safe, as the street-level gate also just seemed open to the public. This unit needs to work on more secure gating, it felt like anyone could come on our property at any time, and I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property for the weekend. There were a few things that I recommend improving to make future stays better. The guest beds sank into a hole in the middle of the bed making sleeping very uncomfortable. The mattress' needs replacement. The outdoor furniture had some almost broken legs on the outdoor chairs and the outdoor table. We did find a few dirty spots on the guest beds. With the rates that is charged, I would have expected the furniture to have been in better shape and the outdoor garage pinpad was not working with the provided code, which we needed to have the technician come out and reset. The view and location was the best part.

Amazing Views

Some of the pros: Amazing views, kitchen was well stocked, hot tub on the patio was a treat, living area was spacious and bright. Some of the cons: many areas were very dirty including the areas around the window air conditioning units, door frames and lock boxes. Due to the layout of the home, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely dark. While one of our service requests was taken care of right away, we never received a response on the second. The first day we arrived, we have a decent storm. Waves splashed up onto the wind barriers and rain was hitting the patio doors. Once it cleared, I asked to have our windows cleaned so that we could enjoy the view. That request was never followed up on, so we had salt spattered, smudged windows for the rest of the week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Enjoyed walking to downtown Oceanside and the beach was right outside our door. Sitting on the patio in the spa looking and listening to the ocean was so relaxing. Unfortunately the unit itself had some drawbacks. The beds were the worst. So uncomfortable. One of the beds had two dips in it where people laid. The beds must have been ancient or very very cheap which is disappointing since a good nights sleep is mandatory for a nice vacation. Hindering a good nights sleep also were the drapes which were too small for the windows. Imagine trying to sleep in a bedroom with 2-3 feet of window not being covered. Ridiculous! For the price we paid, this was absolutely unbelievable. In one of the bathrooms, the fan ran constantly because there was no switch to shut it off,k a mistake made when the unit was constructed and never corrected. If you don't like noise when you are trying to sleep, this made sleep impossible. The water pressure in the kitchen was also ridiculous. Very difficult to clean dishes. This is a beautiful unit but I would not return to the unit unless these items were corrected.
