Küstenidyll Horst: cozy vacation home with 3 rooms, terrace and garden

This cosy 3-bedroom holiday home (approx. 60 m²) spans two floors, offers a high level of functionality, and is fully furnished. The flooring on the ground floor—which includes the living and kitchen areas as well as the bathroom—is tile, while the ground floor, with its two bedrooms, features high-quality vinyl design flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish.

The holiday home sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, two sideboards, and a glass display cabinet. From the living area, you have direct access to the approximately 50 m² sunny terrace (facing south and west) with outdoor furniture (table with bench and chairs). Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday home is equipped with two modern smart TVs, a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth, and two Blu-ray players. In addition, your holiday rental features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a basic selection of games (board games, party games, and card games).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, air fryer, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. You’re welcome to grill on the terrace using the provided electric grill—due to the surrounding thatched-roof houses, the use of a charcoal grill is not permitted and is strictly prohibited!

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious sideboard, and an armchair. In addition, a Smart TV and a Blu-ray player are also available here.

The separate and additional second bedroom features two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom (with natural light / window) features a low-entry shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a vanity cabinet, a bathroom cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat rack in the entryway.

A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available free of charge in an outbuilding of the holiday home for washing your holiday clothes. There is also an additional freezer located here.

You can park your car for free in the two parking spaces belonging to the house, located directly in front of the house; your bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the annex of the holiday home. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your housing complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

There’s a play structure with a slide and swings in the garden for children—here they can let their playful spirit run free during their holiday and romp to their heart’s content!

Bringing a small dog (max. 40 cm shoulder height) is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace or outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more than 2 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified minimum number of nights are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
