Just 200 m from the beach, you’ll enjoy high-quality amenities, light-filled rooms, and the feeling that you’ve truly arrived—whether you’re travelling as a couple, a family, or a group of friends.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the covered terrace, combines modern design with cosiness. Whether it’s a film night with a smart TV and sound system, music from a Bluetooth speaker, or cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a Thermomix, a Nespresso machine, and 15 cookbooks—enjoyment is a top priority here.

**Sleeping**
Two separate bedrooms with high-quality 1.80 m box-spring beds offer you first-class sleeping comfort. Calm colours, large windows, and blackout options ensure restful nights. Additionally, there’s a cosy sleeper sofa (sleeping area 135 cm x 200 cm) in the living area—perfect for young travellers or spontaneous overnight guests. This way, all guests will find plenty of space to feel at home and relax in the two bedrooms and on the sleeper sofa.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Your private sauna becomes a retreat for quiet moments—the spacious walk-in shower with natural light, stylish tiles, and soft lighting creates a true spa experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach—no matter the weather.

Whether it’s beach toys, a large lawn, or a cosy sofa corner—the holiday rental offers plenty of spaces to relax and play for all ages. A high chair can be provided upon request. The fenced-in garden area makes your stay especially family-friendly.

The covered patio, complete with a grill, seating area, and sun loungers, offers the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing evening with a view of the sea. The 230 m² garden surrounding the property, for your exclusive use, is perfect for playing, reading, or relaxing—with a view of the water.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
Amenities include smart TVs with Netflix & Disney+, a Bluetooth speaker, fiber-optic internet, a washing machine and dryer, a private parking spot right next to the house, and a lockable bike storage room with a power outlet. Your dog is also welcome upon request and for a fee. Check-in is flexible via a key safe.
