The Accommodation
Welcome to this apartment building, built in 1910. There are only 2 steps leading into the building. After entering the building and reaching the first section of the stairwell, the apartment door is located 1 metre to the left. The second section of the stairwell, which leads to the residents of this building, is separated by another door.
This ensures that apartment guests and the building’s residents are not disturbed.

THE APARTMENT CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN.
IT HAS A 1.60 x 2.00 METER DOUBLE BED.

The apartment is furnished in the “Still” style.
The layout of the space was ideal for this “Still” style. Thus, when you enter the apartment, you step directly into the living and sleeping area.
To the right of this, you’ll find another open area that serves as a small workspace on the left and a dining area on the right.

The kitchen is in a separate room, divided by a door. The kitchen is equipped with an oven at a height of 1.60 metres, a microwave, two induction cooktops, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine that uses coffee capsules.

If guests need additional kitchen utensils to prepare certain dishes, we will promptly provide everything necessary.

The bathroom features a glass shower stall.

All in all, this is a well-equipped apartment where you’ll feel right at home.

In this property, only the apartment is available for guests.
The entire rear area of the building is reserved exclusively for the residents of the house.

The apartment is located in the city centre. There are numerous parking options available on public streets here.

However, public street parking is free on streets located approximately 500 metres from the apartment on foot.

All parking spaces located closer to the apartment are called “parking metre spaces.” These are subject to a fee from Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
