Die Kommunikation ist top, und die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort ist fleißig und kompetent sowie sehr freundlich. Die Lage war für uns optimal; die Anbindung an S- bzw U-Bahn ist super. Ich hab ein bisschen mit der Bewertung gezögert, da 4 von den 7 Nächten schlaflos waren- da es sehr hellhörig ist und man jede WC Spülung aus der oberen Wohnung hört.. Das betrifft zwar nur eines der beiden Schlafzimmer, aber das war einfach unangenehm. Die Mieter haben nach den ersten Tagen gewechselt aber auch die neu angereisten Nachbarn haben bis morgens früh die Waschmaschine laufen lassen... Dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts- für mich war es leider nicht erholsam. Das nicht in der Wohnung geraucht werden darf, scheint für einige eine Herausforderung zu sein- so hat man dann auch nachts die Raucher vor dem Fenster, wenn man die Erdgeschoß-Wohnung mietet. Wir hatten vielleicht einfach Pech.Positiv werten wir die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer; ein "WC - Frisch" in der Toilette, der die ganze Zeit hält --- super Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns.
