The key to Holiday Rental Büsum No. 12 can be picked up at Haus-Hof & Reinigungsservice Lehn in

25761 Büsum, Westerstrasse 33. You can also pick up your guest cards there.

- Initial supplies:

A starter kit is provided in the apartment. This includes toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, dish soap, and hand soap.

- Pets: Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment.

- Non-smoking apartment: Our accommodation is a non-smoking apartment. We appreciate your understanding.

- Age restriction: There is no age restriction; our apartment is open to all guests.

- Access hours: There are no nighttime lockout hours. You can come and go as you please.

- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

- Parties/Events: Parties and events are not permitted in the apartment.

- Payment for visitor passes: Visitor passes must be purchased at the time of key pickup and paid for in CASH. Card payments are not accepted.

- Parking: A free parking space is available at the apartment and is freely accessible.

- Repairs: If anything is broken, please contact us by phone so we can arrange for repairs. Otherwise, you will be billed for the costs.

- Linen package: The linen package is included and consists of 1 set of bedding, 1 bath towel, and 2 hand towels per person. You also have the option of bringing your own bed linens and towels during your stay.

- Final Cleaning Fees: Please note that final cleaning fees are always required.
