Located in Lesperon on a fully fenced, wooded one-hectare estate, this 22 m² detached holiday home is perfect for a couple or small family seeking peace and greenery. Just 20–25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes.



Comfort and full amenities



The bright living area features a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a toilet. A baby bed and high chair are available on request and subject to availability.



A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, sponge, and multi-purpose dish soap sachet.



Private and shared outdoor spaces



Enjoy a private terrace with armchair and charcoal barbecue. You also have access to a shared park with forest views, a pool (open June–September, 9:30 am–8:30 pm), table tennis, and pétanque court.



A shared washing machine is available. Private parking on site, motorcycle-friendly. Free Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets allowed on request, available for an extra fee.



Practical information and optional services



Bed linen and towel rental on request and subject to availability. End-of-stay cleaning service optional. Electricity charged separately during the heating season, after a daily allowance.
