Many attractive restaurants and bars, as well as the Christmas market, are just a short walk away.

Once you arrive at the apartment, you’ll find the stylishly designed dining and living area, which opens onto the entryway, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, large sink, and toilet.

Through the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll reach the two large bedrooms with 180x200 box-spring beds and the third, smaller bedroom with two 90x200 single beds that can be pushed together if desired.

All three bedrooms lead out to the cosy, spacious rooftop terrace with a lounge area, electric grill, and dining table. Here you can soak up the sun and enjoy the view of the historic city wall.

Next to the front door, you’ll find the coat closet with plenty of space for shoes and jackets.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for the summer months. In winter, the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. The lights are dimmable throughout the entire apartment.

The perfect location to visit the sites in/around Nuremberg, especially at Christmas time! Apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Hosts were so communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10!
