Our modernly furnished "Kunterbunt" holiday apartment, with 90 m² of living space, features two beautiful bedrooms and two double-bed sofa beds in the living room. It also includes a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a rainforest shower. The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds. The living room features a second or third sofa bed. This allows the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is located on the upper floor and features a terrace on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere in the rooms. A lockable bike storage room is available. Bedrooms: - 2 double box-spring beds, 1 of which is electrically adjustable (180x200 cm) - 2 double sofa beds (160x200 cm) in the living room - 2 reading lamps - Full-length mirror and chair - 43-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV - Wardrobe Kitchen: - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, electric kettle, oven, stove with ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, tea towels,... - Combined refrigerator/freezer - Dishwasher - Dining table with 8 chairs - 4K Ultra HD Smart TV (42 inches) Living area: - 2-seater sofa that converts to a sleeper, 3-seater sofa, and reading chair with floor lamp - 50-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV - TV cabinet - Electric fireplace with heating function and electric flames Bathroom: - Bathtub (190x90 cm) - Walk-in rainforest shower - Toilet - LED bathroom mirror with touch function and integrated cosmetic mirror in cool and warm white – Towels – Towel rack Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be transferred to our account within 7 days of receiving the booking documents. The balance is due no later than 21 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are included.
