This charming holiday home, designed as a middle unit in a row of houses, offers the perfect combination of comfort, functionality, and proximity to the beach—ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The house spans two floors and features a small lot of approximately 60 m² with a sunny south-facing terrace and a beach chair in the garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and a built-in washing machine—everything you need for your stay. Adjacent to it is a convenient guest bathroom with a window.

The bright and open-concept living area invites you to linger with a cosy seating area (couch, two armchairs, coffee table) and a TV. The dining area seats four people. Large windows let in plenty of light and open directly onto the terrace and into the small garden area.

On the upper floor, which you reach via a sturdy wooden staircase, there are two bedrooms:
– A bedroom with a double bed and a closet
– Another bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or friends

Between the two bedrooms is a compact bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The house has a parking space right next to it and is located in a quiet area in Breege, just about 1,000 metres from the fine-sand beach—perfect for a relaxing beach holiday without long walks. There is a storage shed in the entryway for bicycles you bring along.
