Danke dir für deine Zeit für die ausführliche Rückmeldung zu deiner Buchung bei uns.
Aus unserer Sicht war nachträglich betrachtet schon deine Buchung falsch, zu dem was du gesucht hast!
Denn: Du hast ein Zimmer mit einem Queen Size Bett in einem Apartment gebucht, wo eine Wohngemeinschaft besteht. Dies zur hochfrenquierten Reisezeit.
Hier buchen oft Tagesgäste auf ihrer Durchreise bei uns - da ist verständlicherweise Bewegung im Apartment. Zusätzlich bist du gereist mit einem Hund (ohne Voranmeldung) der riesig war (ich meine es könnte ein Kangal Hirtenhund sein) und einem Kind, dass viel Aufmerksamkeit bedarf. Dann gab es auch noch einen Freund, der auch immer wieder vorbei gekommen ist. Und hierfür buchst du ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft wo du auch noch in Ruhe arbeiten willst. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Kombination gar nicht möglich für ein Zimmer!
Und: Hätten wir das alle gewusst, dann hätten wir dir empfholen ein ganzes Apartment zu buchen statt ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft!
Unsere Empfehlung für die Zukunft: Im Vorfeld den Vermieter über Alles zu informieren, damit er dich beraten kann, statt hinterher über eigene Entscheidungen schlecht zu bewerten.
