Villa Ida-Marie is situated in a prominent location directly on the Bansin beach promenade, on the same property where the three houses—Atlantic, Baltic, and Nordic—form the Seeresidenz complex. The villa, which features just three holiday apartments, has been lovingly renovated and furnished in a modern style. You can reach the promenade and the beach via a private beach access. This apartment boasts a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and features an additional south-facing balcony. The spacious, bright living room with a sea view is furnished with a cosy sitting area featuring a TV and built-in radio, as well as a dining area for 6 people. The well-equipped, modern full kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop—is open to the living area. Both bedrooms in the lower living area are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses and ample closet space. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets are available, both equipped with a window. From both bedrooms, you have access to a shared, large, south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, which promises sunshine all day long.
