The Tannenburg apartment building is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck in a quiet beachfront setting directly on the promenade, with beach access right outside the door. The location can be described as particularly attractive, as it’s where the beach meets the surrounding greenery. A short walk takes you to the town centre and the famous historic Ahlbeck pier. Many restaurants and cafés, along with the charm of Ahlbeck, extend a warm welcome to you.

This well-maintained and lovingly furnished 59-square-meter two-room apartment is situated in a prime location right on the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a small south-facing balcony accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The living area is furnished with a cosy retro sofa set, which has been reupholstered in leather by a master upholsterer using the finest craftsmanship. Guests also have access to a coffee table, a large 65-inch Grundig Smart TV, and a BOSE system (radio/CD) with fantastic sound. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and more. A particular highlight is the spacious dining area integrated into the kitchen, featuring a large table, specially designed and comfortable upholstered chairs, and ample space that invites guests to gather and relax together. When furnishing the bedroom, special attention was paid to sleep quality. Guests have access to a very comfortable Swiss stone pine double bed with a king-size box-spring mattress (180x200x24). Swiss stone pine has the unique property of having a positive effect on health (heart and circulation, general discomfort, sleep disturbances, etc.) and, in combination with the high-quality mattress, ensures a particularly restful sleep. The sleeping area also features a walk-in closet, a large standing fan, and another smart TV. The well-equipped bathroom offers guests a bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, a sink, and a raised toilet (particularly comfortable for those with back pain).

Guests always have access to a parking space in the building’s underground garage. (Note regarding the underground garage: double parking space—max. vehicle height 1.50 m, max. vehicle length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t, minimum ground clearance at front 22.2 cm, 14.0 cm in the middle, 27.5 cm at the rear)
