Your holiday here will be accompanied by the sea air and the sound of the waves. A short walk along the promenade or the beach will take you to the pier and the centre of Heringsdorf or Bansin. The apartments are individually decorated and comfortably furnished.

You can access the large balcony facing the Baltic Sea directly from the living area. From here, you’ll enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea through the pine trees and the sound of the waves first-hand. The large bedroom, which also faces the sea, is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. In the basement, you’ll find a bike storage area, a washing machine, and a dryer. The parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
