The Haus Maxim, newly built in 2017, is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf. Looking towards Lindenstraße, its hillside location offers a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500 metres, you’ll reach the charming promenade, Germany’s longest pier, and the magnificent Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafés, various shopping and entertainment options, as well as all the amenities of a beautiful holiday destination, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This high-quality, modern 90-square-meter, 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible by lift. The apartment accommodates 4–6 people. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished and offers guests a cosy seating area with a pull-out sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing. The dining table for 6 people is also integrated into the living room and invites guests to enjoy meals together, which they can prepare in the spacious open-concept kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The northeast-facing balcony, with a magnificent view of the seaside resort, entices guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. The two bright bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The spacious and modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine and a washer-dryer are available in the utility room.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
